Cozy downtown Ogunquit escape- walk to everything!

Welcome to Valleybrook! This cozy 3 bed 2 bath home is nestled at the end of a cul de sac in a great neighborhood. This property has enough parking for 3 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. This property is a short 5-10 min walk to downtown Ogunquit and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Inside you will find a well stocked home with everything you need from beach equipment to kitchenware. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! The first floor features a kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, and a screened in porch with connecting deck with a gas grill. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a roof deck! One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a bunk bed (full size on bottom, twin on top) and 2 twin size beds. There is ample outdoor areas with a roof deck, screened in porch, and first floor deck. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach! This property is a short walk to downtown and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The indoor fireplace is not in working order and can not be used. Please book appropriately. Fabulous getaway

The house is as listed - great location, walking distance to the main area of Ogunquit and the beach. Very well appointed large kitchen, amazing screened in porch, more than enough space for our family of 5. Communication with the management team was very timely, even sometimes after hours. Thank you for an incredible vacation stay!

Saved This One for Future Visits

We loved the location of this home for its beauty and proximity to town. The home was clean, well-equipped, and decorated with simple elegance. The bedroom and walk-in shower adjacent to the living area on the 1st floor was perfect for our elderly family member with an unsteady gait. We have a relative who will be living nearby for the next 4 years and this will be our first choice for future visits.

Walking distance from downtown and the beach!

Our family does a girls weekend annually and we wanted to stay somewhere different this year. We found this place and we were so pleased! Upon arrival we entered the property with ease and everything was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of supplies, new appliances and even an espresso machine. Beds were comfortable as were the couches in the living room. Perfect rental for families and it’s all walking distance from downtown and the beach! We were all very happy with this rental and plan to rent again!

Stay in Ogunquit

Stayed at this property with family. Beach was beautiful with clear water and fun waves for boogey boarding. Beach chairs and toys were provided at the house. House is in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, the only drawback is that we found the walk to the beach to be a bit far. Property managers were very responsive by text to any requests and questions we had.

Great location

Upon arrival the home was very clean. Check in was seamless and any questions we had the mgmt was quick to respond. The location was great, a short walk to Ogunquit center. The neighborhood is upscale and very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need, even an espresso machine and air fryer! There is a Roku streaming box on each TV, internet was ok, at times would go out, not a big deal to us as we were out most of the day. The top deck and grill area deck were covered with tree droppings, we were able to find a broom in the garage and clean off. By weeks end the decks still looked clean so don’t think this was done prior to check in. Halfway through the week we noticed quite a few insects(spiders, flies, bugs) the mgmt team said they would take care upon our departure, hopefully this gets taken care of. The back screen door to the grill sticks and also needs adjustment. The in home washer/dryer was a nice feature, coming home from vacation with clean clothes was great! All in all this is a good place, just needs a couple things looked into and we would stay here again in the future.
