Fully Renovated Beautiful House Located Minutes From Downtown Ogunquit.

The rustic country decor makes this house feel so special-just like home. It has 2 fully furnished apartments that are connected with stairs. There are 2 full kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and 3 laundry rooms.
Fully furnished! This house also offers a beautifully landscaped front yard with patio and grill, shaded by mature trees as well as a deck with another grill. There is plenty of parking!
All blankets, towels and linens are provided. We also have free wifi, TV and games for everyone.

Our location is great!
We are only a block away from downtown and Marginal Way. Walking distance to the beach is less that 10min. The Playhouse is right around the corner as well as tons of good restaurants.

Maintenance issues

This home is spacious, almost like 2 apartments (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), connected by a staircase. It is good for multiple families staying together. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to town and beach within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, there were some maintenance issues. The downstairs has a musty smell. There were ants in the upstairs kitchen and one of the dryers was not working during our stay. There were stains on the furniture and rugs. Loose handles on drawers, loose shower faucet, water/ice dispenser on fridges not working. The owners were responsive when contacted and addressed some of these issues, but having to deal with house problems on vacation made it a less than ideal stay.

Almost great

The property was well supplied with almost everything we wanted, except sheets for the pull-out beds. The problem was the VRBO website through which we had to communicate with the owners. After two successful interactions, I got only a "there is a problem on our end; please try later" response on the website when I tried (for four days). I had no phone # or email address to contact owners. There was also a slight musty odor in the downstairs bedrooms. The upstairs shower drain was clogged and had to be cleaned out. The downstairs clothes dryer did not dry (no heat). More maintenance should have been done before the season started. Interactions with the owners before the communication breakdown were excellent.

Clean, Comfy & Spacious

We had an amazing time staying here for a girls weekend. The property was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone and so many great outdoor options! It was extremely clean and well maintained with a wonderful host. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Great place in Ogunquit

This property was fantastic! We were traveling with extended family and the house had more than enough space, we never felt like we were crowded. It is a beautiful house located very close to downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. The Host, Ani was very responsive and helpful. Very happy this is where we chose for our vacation, definitely would recommend staying at this property!

Fall weather family reunion

Rented property with 2 siblings and their adult children for a family reunion. Location was great for walking to Marginal way and down town area. Quiet neighborhood, Layout of home is bit unusual. There are 2 living spaces up and down with full kitchens which is great for multiple families. Only “complaint” is we could not find linens that were meant for the sofa or trundle beds. We had opposite sex adult cousins with us who did not want to sleep together, and needed to use sofas. This is a minor thing. There were extra top quilts in closet for queen and king beds This is a great , comfortable rental and we enjoyed our visit.

Family Fun in Maine

The house was awesome! We had six adults and five young children - with plenty of room to all spread out! The decor was lovely. The location wonderful. We especially appreciated sheets, towels, beach towels and toys, laundry rooms and supplies. There were many added touches to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable! We will plan to return!

Great for large families

We are the grandparents and we brought our 2 daughters, their husbands, and 3 granddaughters. The house was perfect for all of us because there was a master bedroom with an enclosed bathroom for us, and then 2 separate sections with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom for each of our daughter’s families. There are 2 separate kitchens which allowed us to spread out. We really loved having 3 washer/dryers - especially when we came back from the beach with our wet towels. The location is great if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk to the beach or town. We had a marvelous time.

Amazing Southern Maine Getaway

This home was perfect for our extended family vacation - we had a total of three families, nine people. The layout make it seem like we had three separate spaces for sleeping, yet great spacious areas for hanging out together! Comes fully appointed with everything you need for cooking (even two kitchens!) and outdoor grill and beautiful patio space. It is an easy walk to downtown Ogunquit, Ogunquit Beach and the Ogunquit Playhouse, yet feels secluded and quite peaceful. Great home for those traveling with little kids, as it had a high chair, pack n play and numerous books and puzzles. Great for older kids too with the proximity to town and amenities such as Wii for entertainment. Hosts were extremely easy to get ahold of and communicative! We would definitely stay again!

Artful Serenity

This is a space evoking calm and connection. Everything you need plus really nice for 2 split sections with early risers and later. The big tables were perfect for games and family meals. The patio was my spot to read and meditate after returning from a walk on the marginal way or beach. If you know the area it’s super nice to be able to walk to town as route 1 and parking is sometimes a challenge. Highly recommend and than pictures show.

Wonderful House and Great Location

House was spacious and clean. Easily fit two families with two distinct spaces for each family to spread out. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need and three washer/dryers was convenient. Great location to the town center and the beach. Walkable to both. Helpful when parking is scarce due to summer crowds at the beach and in town.

Beautiful home in Ogunquit!

Our stay was amazing! The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures! It is sparkling clean with all amenities you might need. The walk to the beach and downtown Ogunquit is easy, right down Route 1. We had a perfect vacation and are already planning for next year!

Wonderful!

The pictures don't do justice! The house is beautiful! Great layout. Everything was clean and in great shape. They didn't skimp on anything when designing this house. They did a great job with making the house soundproof. If the TV was on in the living room, you couldn't hear it in the bedrooms. This was great considering we had little ones with us. Lots and lots of closet space. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all! We carried boogie boards, chairs and coolers to and from the beach and no kids complained! This setup worked great for my family and my sister's family. The owners introduced themselves and were very pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Lovely home, quiet, convenient setting, well stocked - enjoyed 6 beautiful days in Ogunquit.

Beautiful home, comfortable, quiet, very clean, and so well stocked with everything we needed for a perfect Maine vacation. Loved the location which was convenient to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and especially a walk to Marginal Way, around to Perkins Cove and back. Thank you for sharing this lovely home. By far the best place we have stayed in Ogunquit yet!!!

I have been coming to Ogunquit every summer my entire life, except a year here and there. This place had absolutely EVERYTHING you would need on vacation, and is a short, beautiful walk to the center of town and Ogunquit Beach. Super comfortable, large, yet quaint, accommodations, and a lovely owner-couple. Could not have asked for a better place!

Beautiful property, owners live upstairs

The house was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised to find there were air conditioners/dehumidifiers in every room. We were within walking distance from downtown, the beach, the Marginal Way, and the Ogunquit Playhouse, which was great, because Route 1 was constantly backed up past the end of our road. I'd highly recommend Amore for breakfast (right at the end of the road on the corner of Agamenticus and Route 1). Our only complaint is that the owners didn't tell us they live upstairs. The rental is only the downstairs space. They completely left us alone, but, being very private people, we would not have rented this particular property knowing anyone else was staying there with us. They also had a newborn while we were there! We never heard the baby (which is amazing). Footsteps overhead were a little annoying at times and thumping music on occasion, but on the whole they were quiet and unobtrusive.
