We were awoken at 8 am on Sunday morning to construction hammering and grinding on the floor above us by 10am I had to call the front desk and ask ot to stop it was just so loud for a sunday morning. They had it stopped immediately and were shocked they were working then. Facility is always nice and the hot tub was great in the snow.

This was a great place for our family. We were able to get adjoining rooms, so the kids had their own space for sleeping and we had ours. The pools and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were great and the mini movie theater was a treat! Besides that, it was so close to Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit, which is so beautiful and also great for dining and shopping, nature walks, and more.

The outside hot tub was not hot, the indoor one was TOO hot. Staff was friendly-ish. No signs showing what the process was for breakfast, server didn't know that boneless wings (which were on the menu) were the same as chicken tenders, but insisted they didn't have boneless wings, but DID have chicken tenders... whatever, but between that and getting yelled at for not pre-paying for breakfast when there was NO indication what the process was, I did not enjoy the restaurant at all. And the Chicken Tenders were gross
