Self-catering Barn Conversion holiday cottage on the edge of Dartmoor in rural Devon. The cottage can sleep up to 4 persons, has free wifi and central heating.
Guests have a private garden, patio and private parking. The large open plan lounge has a wood burning stove, smart tv and lovely views over the surrounding farmland. The kitchen comes equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The cottage offers one double bedroom , one single bedroom and a second sitting room with a sofa bed. The bathroom is well equipped with a large shower.
Located directly on The Tarka Trail and surrounded with a great selection of footpaths. Great for relaxing walks. The cottage is surrounded by farmland and only walking distance from the town.

We had a great time, property was in a lovely setting, lovely garden and surroundings, only downside would be that it is not suitable for older people with mobility issues
