The private apartment is nestled in a lush native and subtropical garden, filled with birdsong that takes you directly to the beach at the bottom of the property. Enjoy water based activities- kayaking, fishing ,swimming or walking, relaxing, sketching, so many opportunities from this bay and beyond. Gary and Paula enjoy,swimming,kayaking, cycling and walking all from the property. Paula enjoys fabric art and gardening - it certainly is their idyllic retreat.
Close by is the site of New Zealand's first capital so the area has historical significance. Waitangi can be viewed from the property across the Veronica Channel, where the Treaty between the Maori and the British Crown, was signed in 1840.
