The most beautiful room with every comfort. But: Beautiful outdoor pool closed, and small indoor one you had to pay for so we paid to use the hotel next door indoor & outdoor pools for the same fee.. Booking essential for restaurants..

Great hotel for the family! Wonderful beach (bring swim shoes) and great water park for the kids. We loved it and would come back! Food at the buffet was also delicious

We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day.

Stayed 5 nights in the deluxe ocean suite. Amazing room with a great view. Service was amazing from start to finish. Biggest disappointment was the beach. The beach gets very shallow in the afternoon and there are lots of rocks which make it unsuitable for swimming. Also marine activities are sometimes not available and a bit pricier than other places. Outdoor pool area is nice but you have to pay extra for the cabanas. Overall great place for a relaxing vacation but if you're someone who enjoys swimming in the ocean and lots of marine sports, then probably not the best option.
