オーナーさんが綺麗に使っています。 ダイビング兼宿泊といった用途に特化してます。 素泊まりで価格を抑えたい方に向いていると思います。 良い意味で干渉しないので、気を使うことはないです。

住宿好寛闊，共用厠所好清潔, 只是微波爐有點污漬，但整體好舒服寧靜，好有外國郊野感覺。佢客戶服務開放時間唔穩定，要自己推門入去，並自己拎鎖匙入房。近北谷沙灘，交通自駕會較方便，巴士站就要走10分鐘左右，但近美國村，離20-25分鐘路程，對面有不少餐廳，都多野行。

外面的門 最好設密碼鎖 , 提供信息給訂房客, 以為 門關起來是民宿主人不在 叫門不應 , 傻傻在門外一直等 後來 一推才知道原來是 自助入住的民宿

房間簡單乾淨，方便簡單需要住宿的人。因為只有一間衛浴廁所(所有人共用)要看個人接受度喔~ (浴巾/毛巾可以在客廳自行拿取)，客廳有二個大桌(公共空間很適合喜歡交朋友的你喔~) 有來自各國的朋友。

4식구 하룻밤 편히 지내다가요~

일본주택가에 위치해있고, 친구네 놀러온 기분으로 하룻밤 편히 지냈어요. 서퍼같은 멋진 사장님이 관리를 잘 하시는듯~ 아메빌에서 1키로 정도 떨어져있는데, 렌터가가 있어서 다니기도 문제없었어요~ 방이 딱 세개인데, 사장님이 꼭 안계셔도 체크인은 가능해요^^

感覺像是青年旅社, 總共有3間房, 廁所只有1個, 我們入住4人間, 要注意上下床位的上床會對著冷氣機, 附近是民居, 便利店要走10-15分鐘, 價格便宜

自由に過ごしたい方にオススメ

基本的に自由な感じで利用できるので、不要なサービスがいらない人に向いていると思います。冷蔵庫や洗濯機、キッチンも利用でき、長期滞在にはありがたかったです。 チェックインやチェックアウトもセルフなので、初めはとまどうかも知れません。 リビングの音が部屋に響くので、夜12時以降は消灯にするなどルールがあるといいと思います。子連れと若者グループが同時に宿泊すると、生活リズムが違うので深夜の物音が気になりました。 全体的にはお値段に比べてかなりおすすめだと思います。
