We love how big the room was and very clean. We love the layout of the bathroom too. The hotel is walking distance to the arena which made it convenient for our event. The Family Mart right by the hotel was also a wonderful feature.

Nice new hotel, but the beds are extremely hard and quite uncomfortable. The service is really good, though, and the restaurant is decent (better for lunch than breakfast, in my opinion).

夜遅くついたのですが、インターフォンを鳴らしても受付のスタッフ反応なし、モニターに釘付け、奥から別のスタッフが出てきて開けてもらいました。非常に残念でした。 海外でもこのような対応はするスタッフは珍しいですよね。
