Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever youโ€™re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too.

Great hospitality by hotel staff, friendly and prompt in responding to our needs. We had a minor setback with the room fixtures, sharp corners of our bed frame scratched one of us and they immediately changed our room after receiving feedback.

It was an amazing place to stay. Weโ€™re golfers, so the location is very convenient to a number of great courses in the area. The pool was outstanding. The staff and service was awesome. Weโ€™ll stay again.
