The room was clean, but the hallways had dirty, used glasses outside of them. Trash littered the hallways (used tips, pieces of tissues, food wrappers. There was a huge pile of dirty laundry in the hallway at 3pm during check-in and was still there at 1am, when we returned to our room.

I have stayed at this hotel two other times and was much happier those two trips. This time I was placed on the other side of the hotel, which is right next to a main street and we heard traffic and cars late night hours and throughout the night. This was frustrating, next time I know to ask for a room on the courtyard side, where I don’t have to worry about traffic. Also, the room was not exceptionally clean. There was food particles left on the floor from the previous room occupant . I would think the rooms are always vacuumed before a new person comes in, but maybe I’m wrong. The front desk staff understood my concerns with her traffic, handled the situation well but they couldn’t take back the two nights of lost sleep.

The room was nice. We thought it was strange that there wasn't a microwave in the room. My sons brought their play station hoping to be able to play games all evening while we were there, but they were not able to get the connection to work. We also thought this was strange. It kind of put a damper on the evening. Everything else was great. We loved the location being next to the Paycom center.

This is always our first choice when visiting OKC. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is good with healthy options and it’s in walking distance to Bricktown.
