The staff was fantastic. We arrived very early and they accommodated us with early check in that made our stay so very helpful! We were able to park int he parking garage and allowed us the easiest access to Paycom Arena. Very clean, and the best hotel stay I've had. Will stay here again.

When I arrived I had to wait a extra 30 minutes for them to get me a room ready, the room they gave me, I could here every car stereo system and ambulances passing by, I didn’t get any rest because of the noise in front of the hotel!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
