Roach breeding grounds
The best thing I can say about this place is that the front desk staff was friendly and cooperative. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We got there and checked in, went up to the room, flipped on the light and immediately saw a cockroach crawling across the tv. And then one crawling across the headboard of the bed. And then when we flipped on the light in the bathroom, we found two more roaches and their little family in the shower. Needless to say, we went to the front desk and informed them about the issue and that we would need a new room. The young man at the front desk was very apologetic and immediately gave us a new room, but unfortunately we found two roaches on the baseboards of that room. Needless to say, we did not try another broom, simply informed the front desk and then found another hotel. The young man at the desk did give us our deposit back and verified the incident to Hotels.com when they contacted him in order to process our refund. So I am grateful to him. Beyond that, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve included some screenshots from a video we took and another picture or two. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get any other pics, as the cockroach on the TV went inside the tv and the one on the headboard ran behind it as well.
