Rude front desk

Be prepared for a hefty deposit and rude front desk clerks. There is nothing stated about an $80.00 fee that they freeze on your personal card when you are travelling for business purposes. The front desk clerk was rude and basically stated it was "not her problem". Very unprofessional.

Excellent stay. Outstanding customer service.

My wife and I were booked for a three night stay. This independently owned hotel is older, but maintained in excellent condition by the owners/managers. We were welcomed warmly at the front desk and our room was huge (the size of a small apartment), clean and all equipment (TV, Microwave, refrigerator) and plumbing was well maintained. The service was outstanding. We experienced a family emergency in the middle of our stay and the manager worked with us to refund a portion of booking fee (via a third-party booking site) even though it was a non-refundable booking. I cannot say enough about the manager's kindness and understanding during a difficult time for us. I will not stay anywhere else in the future during my visits to OKC. They are fairly priced for the accommodations.

The shower was great and very clean. The room was spacious. Lovely decor. I did not get the chance to use the pool and spa, but they looked to be very nice as well. I will gladly stay again next time I'm in OKC.
