I really did not have a good first impression. The carpet in the elevator was dirty and stained. I was at the end of the hall (which was fine) but my key card would not open the door. I walked back downstairs (with all my bags) to get help. The girl behind desk reprogramed my cards and walked me back upstairs. The key worked... The room was quiet and clean. The blind was broken so I could not look outside to judge the weather. The same girl was behind the desk the next morning. She was pleasant.

Breakfast could have been a little better, the eggs were a no go!! The parking lot was well lit and easily accessible. The lobby carpets and hallway carpets definitely needed to be cleaned.

Not a even a mediocre place to stay.

The parking was fine, the rooms are old and run down which is acceptable but they are not clean which is unacceptable. The staff was welcoming but they were not helpful and did not follow through with what they said they would do. I did not dare eat the breakfast because of the condition and cleanliness of the facility.

The first room I checked in to the bed was unmade and the toilet was overflowing. I immediately wanted a new clean room. I asked that my bedding be switched and it was not. They just made the bed over sheets that I wanted changed as they looked soiled. The bathtub glaze was peeling and carpet in the halls and elevator was disgustingly dirty.

Poor representation of Hilton.

Hotel did not match up to Hilton brand. Felt like local owner is poorly managing things, cutting corners to save pennies. Shattered emergency compartment in elevator looked old and no intent to fix, large old stain(s) on elevator carpet, bad smell too. Hallways had heavily soiled and stained carpets, several small but occasional large stains, none looked new. Room had strong smell similar to pinesol cleaner, very strong. There was a hint of another odor behind the strong pinesol smell, which smelled like feet/butt, or similar funk. It came and went in how faint that smell was but it was clearly being masked by the heavy cleaner smell. The heavy cleaner smell was almost unbearable; if my family was with me I would have moved rooms or hotels, but I sucked it up thinking it would be okay after a day or so but it was bad my entire 3 days/nights. Each time I walked into the room, or even when I’d roll over a pillow on the bed, I was hit with pinesol or funky odor. The front desk employees seemed very hands off, often times not being present or when they were they just sat there low behind the desk on cell phones not engaging with customers. The staff taking care of the breakfast bar was polite and engaging and seemed intent to do well with their job there. It was a nice gym for a hotel, with regards to variety of equipment, but again there were several signs of poor ownership and management. Broken glass on a counter, no towels, no wipes, a water system but no cups.
