For a Hilton/Hampton hotel this was very underwhelming. Booked a king room with a pullout sofa and the bed in it was broken. I tried to move rooms and the front desk told me they were all booked up, which was funny because on the way in the girl at the desk said "it should be nice and quiet up there you got the floor to yourselves." Then they would only give me 1 pillow for the couch. Wall had a patched hole not painted, some yellow substance running down the wall, the carpet was sticky in the room and coming up in the hallway. The tile in the elevator was busted and had a giant hole in it. The elevator was broken on checkout we had to walk all our stuff down the stairs. Overall very rundown, and disgusting. The girl at the desk was apathetic to any situation we had. To rub a little salt in the wound, the bathroom had no soap in the dispenser and I ended up leaving my shower gel by mistake.

Very nice room. Connie was so kind and very helpful. Easy to adjust the room temperature. Clean and spacious room. Good protein at breakfast. TV worked well. HBO available for free.

This was our first experience with Hampton Inn. We came here because Hampton Inn was highly recommended by close friends. This was an exceptionally disappointing experience, and it is doubtful that we will try Hampton again. In general, this property is in disrepair and is in need of being refurbished. Both elevators were out of service, which made getting to the room with our luggage and belongings difficult. However, the desk staff provided assistance to get us into the room and out of the room at our departure. Carpets are buckling in the hallways and the room. Furniture is in need of repair; door handles on the furniture, and attachment of the bedside table to the wall. There was no blackout curtain in the room, and this was reported in my initial survey about check-in. We had a service man come promptly the next day, but he did not seem to know the problems that I had identified in that survey. He was unable to do anything about the blackout curtain, and told us that we should’ve been informed by the desk staff that it was not in place when we checked in. Although the staff at the desk did not inform us, it would seem that this is an easy repair that should’ve been done to the room at some point prior to putting guests in it. The bathroom was clean, the shower worked well, and the towels were new and of good quality. However, we ran out of the bath gel before we both got showers on our third morning. Overall, this hotel fell far below our expectations for a Hilton

Got a message stepping off airplane that their elevator was out but that I was on 2nd floor. So not far to walk. Was still 2 flights of stairs. Found out it had been out since September. Someone from. The hotel or hotel.com should have told us so we could cancel and rebook somewhere else before my deadline to cancel and not wait til I am on the way!!!Should have offered to give part of money already paid back for the trouble. We are both in our 70’s and my husband still recovering from Achilles surgery.

Can you imagine booking a non-refundable reservation for an accessible room only to find out after you arrived that their elevator isn't working and hasn't worked for the last 2 months?? We had to leave and find a different place to stay.

Don't book this. Terrible pillows, awful mattress, and argumentative front desk lady Door to outside doesn't lock and drug zombies in parking lot. No ice bucket she gave me a water pitcher to use.
