Hard & stiff bed

Overall the room was clean & towels were stock. The bed was hard & uncomfortable. Sadly we were next to a room under construction or were the maintenance work on projects all day.

We loved our stay! Great buffet breakfast! Bed was very comfortable and we did not feel like we were imposing in any way with the staff which we often feel we are interrupting staff when traveling. We accidentally left both our keys in our room the first time we left and in less than a minute they had a third ready for us to get back in. Lovely stay and very homey feeling. Entrance is very small, but everyone is very courteous about it so it does not cause much congestion at all. We did not get a chance to try out the pool but they had cute lights out there for when the sun would go down. Looked like it would be nice to relax in (if warm enough lol). Over all great stay. We will stay again!!!

Staff waa by far the nicest I've have dealt with. I usually choose Marriott or IHG, but I am pleased I chose Hilton this time. I expected a little more out of the breakfast. Not as filling as IHG. I was a little concerned that my room door was open when I checked in. I was nervous walking in at first. Lastly, the 1 bedroom sliding door to the bathroom was not able to latch. We shut it as much as possibly but it still had a gap.

Ok

Here on a business trip. We booked a double queen with a sofa bed. We never got the sofa bed rather about 9 other guest throughout our stay also said the same thing with none to offer. We asked about the conference room and it was $200 to rent and was already rented out. We were told we can use the lobby it is large and quiet. Neither of which were true it was so loud you could not hear eachother talk and not much direction from staff to quiet the drunk people in the lobby until well after 2 am. The room itself is ok. The bathroom door will not stay closed without it being locked which is not easy with young kids. The curtains were very worn out on all edges and crumbled pieces on the floor. The comforter was rather a bed skirt with some padding tucked under the top blanket. Breakfast was good and had variety. The pool was ice cold and shared with the neighboring hotel so it becomes crowded quickly. Location is convenient with restaurants and shopping near by. But very disappointed in what we booked/ was promises as we all drove here for this trip versus what was actually delivered.
