The property does not have parking lot lights at all and the staff was extremely rude when notifying me that they can not accommodate our stay due to overbooking the hotel. The lobby was dirty and the parking lot has definitely seen better days.

The first room I was given smelled. They moved me to a second room. The last they had so I didn’t have the right number of beds for everyone. And then we saw roaches in the room in the middle of the night. When I told the lady at the desk she said okay.

I had a very disappointing stay at OYO Townhouse Oklahoma City Airport. The room and property had serious cleanliness issues, including cockroaches and a strong cleaning chemical odor that made the environment uncomfortable. In addition to the condition of the hotel, I was approached twice outside the lobby by another guest in a way that made me feel uneasy. When I raised concerns, I was directed to contact Expedia regarding a refund, but the issue was never meaningfully resolved. After my stay, I also noticed other recent reviews mentioning similar cockroach and odor problems. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would encourage travelers to read recent reviews carefully before booking.

The room. The bathroom had cockroaches . No microwave or mini fridge . But the nice king bed was clean and comfortable . The room was clean. That’s why I cut my stay short because of the cockroaches.
