The attic bedroom holds two queens and a foosball table. An enclosed first-floor sunroom has the twin beds. Every room has a ceiling fan and wood-look floors.

The master bath has a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in tile shower with rain head, and double vanity. The other two have tub/shower combos. All three have dark cabinetry, LED-lit mirrors, and black fixtures.
