The first room someone was already in there, so I unlocked the door and saw two people having sex, the 2nd room had A LOT of roaches, the 3rd room wasnt clean so the bed wasnt made and there was a vacuum in the middle of the floor and had a terrible order.. the 4th room seem ok until I pulled back the cover to check for bed bugs😳😳 there was hair and other things in the bed so housekeeping never changed the sheets, they just made the bed up nice and neat smh

Check in staff was friendly, morning staff not so much. First room smelled too bad to sleep. Moved to a room that smelled good but party going on outside very noisy and pot smoking. Had to ask them to be quiet at midnight. Breakfast was a joke. Room was fair

The night clerk that checked this in Kirk was an amazing guy and had great customer service skills. He was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and smelled like cigarettes and even though it was a non-smoking room and the swimming pool was closed on a Saturday Because of chemicals that they had put in the pool, which you would think they would do that during the week and not on the weekend

First glance was the lobby area had their air condition off in the middle of the day. Having heart problems, this made the beginning dreadful. They also want a deposit for their rundown dump of a property. If I had known this was a 2 star hotel, I'd chose somewhere else. There was blood on the curtain, cigarette burns in the sheets, and none of the plugs worked upon arrival but later worked again when the manager flipped the breakers. Roaches crawled on the walls and ceiling with cardboard covering a towel stuffed hole in the bathroom. Found out their "free breakfast" was just honey buns, oatmeal packets, and granola bars. Apple Juice they had in the machine tastes fermented. Least the coffee was decent. The residents who pay monthly to be there constantly ask you for cigarettes and look creepily at the pool. The management attempted to move us to a different room with much of the same issues as the room before. Their explanation of the curtains was a deflection of the issue saying, "the owner will be removing and replacing next weekend." It does nothing for the three days we stayed. The only good part was one housekeeper, who did everything he could to help our stay, and the air conditioner was cold and crisp. This motel, using Wyndham name, should be used as an example of how not to keep your property. If you have service animals, be prepared to show your paper because management demands it, which is illegal. Avoid at all costs..

BUGS AND FILTH

It was very dirty, the room had a terrible smell, microwave and fridge didn’t work at all. Bathroom was dirty. I woke at 2:30am being ATE ALIVE by BED BUGS! My husband went to eat his pizza from 3 hours prior and opened it to tons of ROACHES. And to find under the beds was full of trash and it was absolutely filthy!!!! Was NOT worth the 75.00 we spent!

Was bummed pool was closed the first day I got there but other than that love this hotel not a fan of the room service or the breakfast option but not every hotel can afford the luxury that that can be definitely would stay again. They were nice to have clean towels and trash empty when I got back Saturday night as well but had to make my bed myself which I don’t mind either love that there are fridges and microwaves in the rooms as well. Also did have a little trouble with internet as well really slow

The owner is horrible and will treat you like dirt. Then get his employees to do the same. One 2 employees treated me with respect. My son and I had horrible bites from I don’t know what. But because we were staying to get away from a situation I went to work without do a full search myself and throughout the day the pain and agony from The bites increased. Came to the hotel and informed them. But because it was not done that morning, they tried to blame me for bringing them into the hotel. I had paid for 3 days and ended up staying in my vehicle the last night. They said they would refund me half of the “last” night I was there. The owner wasn’t even there was on the phone screaming at me along with his employees. Horrible horrible place

The room is absolutely disgusting. Cigarette burns all over the beds, dirty, stained bedding and curtains. Graffiti on furniture, dead bugs on floor, hair in shower, bathroom door kicked in, no way to lock the door. Room was way smaller than made out to be. Looked nothing like the photos online.

The hotel doubles as a low income residence. All rooms for one night hotel patrons are on second floor and no elevator. Requested pet friendly room. Bed was raised off floor and box frame cover was shredded. Had to keep cats in bathroom to keep them from getting in bedframe. Free breakfast was packets of oatmeal and hot water. No milk, bread, bagels, eggs, yogurt, etc. Cops showed up at 4:00 am. Beware of this place!
