We had to be moved to 3 different rooms due to roaches and broken toilets. After asking every, single, day, for clean towels (we were only given 2 towels for 4 guests), we finally got 2 clean towels on the second to last morning of our stay. We won't be staying here again, nor at any ot any other Wyndham resort affiliated hotel.

Bad area.

Zombies (drug addicted) walking around. kids renting rooms to use drugs. Couldn’t send my teen daughter to go to the front office alone.

My daughter was in the hospital here and passed away during my stay. I extended my stay to make arrangements for her return to Arkansas. Everyone was very kind and caring during this difficult time.

Lamp between beds didn’t work. Room had an old musty smell and room was very very humid. All appliances another than TV were unplugged. Lots of homeless people in area and what I perceived as prostitution visible in area. Stayed with my 13 year old grandson. He was terrified and didn’t sleep well due to the people in the room above us. They stomped around all night and it sounded like someone was up there falling down, and it was just a very restless night. Never again!

Avoid! I did not trust the reviews because I wanted to save money, but I wish I would have listened! Roaches in the air conditioner, it stunk so bad. Burn marks on the bedding and in the curtians, you could tell that holes had been punched in the walls. Please spend some extra money and get a better room. I spent $30 more and I now have a place I feel safe, there’s free breakfast, and a lot more people I feel safe around.
