Improved over the last decade but more needed

The music late at night when no one was using the pool area was inappropriate. No curtains to black out the intensely bright pool area lighting. No maid service the second day meant no fresh bath linens. Great desk staff but still plenty of room for improvement.

Had to switch rooms 2 times due to dead bugs all over bathroom. There were holes in the wall and the rooms had an odor so I had to spray my own room spray
