Enjoy your own space in a new tri-level villa, fourth row from the sea (five-minute walk) in Mavaršćica. Beautiful views from rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi. Open plan living area with great views of Šolta from the dining table. Small yard with fruit trees, herb garden and outdoor shower for rinsing off when you come back from the sea. Car is necessary for shopping and dining out (parking provided).
Three bedrooms occupy the lower level of the villa, one of which has a TV. Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony or terrace. There are also two bathrooms downstairs (one ensuite) with showers; both have double vanities The main level is an open plan living/dining/kitchen opening onto a large terrace and also includes a powder room. The kitchen has modern appliances (dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc.) The living room also has a TV. The rooftop terrace includes a solar shower next to the Jacuzzi and several sun loungers.
