Publié le 25 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayVraiment une excellente location de vacances. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et répond rapidement aux questions. La maison est parfaite, très agréable, propre, très bien équipée, au calme, climatisation de bonne qualité dans toutes les chambres. La piscine est partagée avec une autre maison mais cela n’est absolument pas un problème et il y a par ailleurs une vue magnifique.
La localisation est également très pratique pour rayonner dans toute cette partie de la Sardaigne. Nombreuses plages à moins de 20 minutes.

Demeure agencé à la perfection, chaque chambre sa salle de bain et WC, et si cela ne suffisait pas un WC et un lavabo dans la buanderie. Malgré la chaleur de la Sardaigne, il y a une certaine fraîcheur, qui si elle ne suffit pas est complétée par une climatisation. Belle pièce de vie avec une cuisine ouverte bien équipée. Pour se rafraîchir une belle piscine (partagée avec un bungalow). Belle terrasse avec une vue sur les montagnes. Une visite régulière. de Charlie (un beau et gentil chien) qui veille sur nous.

Nous recommandons fortement cette maison à des familles. Localisation permettant de rayonner de Santa Teresa di Gallura en passant par Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo etc....et les iles Maddalena.

Relaxing Sardinia

You definitely need a car to visit the island and Luca was very helpful with suggestions of what to do.Hiking,dining etc. The only negative was the air conditioning in the main living area didn’t cool properly. The view was beautiful and the pool was great! A great relaxing vacation.

Good Location
Publié le 18 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was clean and well equipped with necessary beach amenities like umbrellas, chairs and toys. The pool was well kept and the dogs were a lot of fun. Host was happy to make reservations on our behalf at various restaurants. We stayed for 8 nights and used the house as a base to explore the beaches and to make day trips. Lots to keep us busy during those days and close to interesting villages! Would be great if host stocked the property with other amenities like fish and laundry detergent. Overall, we would recommend!

Traumhafter Kurztrip mit wunderschöner Unterkunft

Es passt einfach alles zu 100%! Von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung, über die perfekte Lage, die so lieben und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber bis hin zu den beiden süßen Hunden, Charlie und Dobby.

Publié le 23 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayEine wunderbare Bleibe für einen entspannten Aufenthalt auf Sardinien! Das Haus bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt, sehr gut ausgestattet, prima gepflegt! Unser Highlight war der Pool mit einer grandiosen Aussicht und umgeben von einem herrlichen Garten. Wirklich ein Traum! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Luca, der bei Bedarf stets zur Stelle war, umgehend auf Fragen geantwortet hat und ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Vermieter ist. Mille Grazie!! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen 😀

Wonderful time at La Casa di Alice

The property is situated in a wonderful location and has everything one needs to have a great stay (a beautiful, large pool, air conditioning in all rooms, bbq etc. and two dogs that will visit you from time to time!). Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Haus
Publié le 22 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayWir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet, der Pool war zwar noch etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem schwimmen. Die Hunde sind beide sehr lieb und sehr gut erzogen. Haben uns sehr gut erholt.
