Upscale Waterfront Villa – 7-Minute Walk to Town - Across from Trail 5

Enjoy breathtaking lake views from this beautiful waterfront villa. Relax on the deck, take a stroll to the dock to soak up the sun, or unwind in the glass atrium while watching boats pass by. Just a short walk to town, where you can explore charming restaurants and shops. The area also offers a variety of activities, and across the street, you'll find the View Art Center. Enchanted Forest Water Safari is only a quarter mile away!

Please note: There is no lifeguard. Swimming and boating are at your own risk. The dock and atrium areas are shared with one other unit, but each units remain completely private from each other.

This rental features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a connecting bathroom. The living room offers a convertible queen-size sofa. Entertainment includes Smart TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom. High-speed internet is available throughout the villa. The full kitchen is equipped with a blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and tableware, and there are full laundry facilities for your convenience. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the property also includes a whole-house generator for peace of mind.

For outdoor enjoyment, you can tie up your boat to the dock (boating is at your own risk). The boat launch is less than a mile away, and boat rentals are also available nearby. Snowmobile enthusiasts will appreciate the trail 5 access directly across the street. Outdoor amenities include lounge chairs on the dock, a gas grill, an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a fire-pit for cozy evenings by the water.

This villa is ideal for one or two couples and families with children. Please note, no pets or smoking are allowed.

Lovely Getaway Spot!

This property was just as described and such a great spot right on the lake and close to town. Josh was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The dock and firepit area by the lake are perfect for friend groups or families and you're only a 5-10 minute walk from water safari and shops/restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

Sure, I’ve explored Old Forge with the guys many times, but let’s just say my usual accommodations could generously be described as "bachelor pad chic," lacking any actual chicness. This time, I pulled out all the stops and chose Joshua's place for our getaway—a decision that has officially redefined the term "first-class experience." This spot is perfection on every level: it’s mere steps away from everything we need, with ample parking for sleds, and the trail system is so accessible, it practically rolls out the red carpet for us. I think it’s safe to say that if you're planning a getaway, this place isn’t just a must-rent—it’s a must-celebrate! I'l be back

Stunning Autumn Trip

My family travels to Old Forge every year. This year we stayed at Ledgerock. It was perfect! Joshua was warm and inviting. We had easy communication. The accommodations were clean and well-kept. Beautiful setting & Walking distance to town

Easy access with electronic locks, no need to meet anyone. Short walked to lake in the AM and watched sunrise come over lake. Walked to Breakfast then back home. Quick drive to many trail heads. Sat on the porch and saw the great setting and relaxed.

Always a wonderful stay

Our family has been visiting Ledgerock for years. It never disappoints! From the comfortable amenities, to being rich to the water and a short walk from town, it’s convenient and also private at the same time. We loved the location of this property. It's walking distance to Water Safari. It's a little further to walk to Town, but not much, and my family made the walk. The house is large and beautiful. The backyard and deck are great. We'd stay again!

Weekend Get-Away

I wanted a quiet weekend in the beautiful Adirondacks since I am an avid hiker. LedgeRock was the perfect location with trails everywhere from flat scenic views to hardcore rock scrambling. You could literally be at many trailheads within 10 minutes. The home is gorgeous and comfortable with a cozy glass atrium that overlooks the lake. The town of Old Forge has a great vibe too. I would definitely go back anytime.

An old favorite

We try to make it to Ledgerock each year, and were grateful to spend some time this past week. This spot is always consistently wonderful; the dock, the atrium, the quiet, as well as the proximity to Old Forge. It never disappoints! Joshua is a wonderful host that is very communicative throughout the process. The space is always clean with most basics that are needed. Looking forward to a return next year.

Perfect location and beautiful home

This house was spotless, very comfortable, had everything we needed and best of all was the beautiful view of the lake. The proximity to the village and McCauley mountain were a plus for us too, since we were traveling with 3 small kids with the older two enjoying some quality ski time. Joshua was so easy to communicate with and made everything run smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place.

The quintessential Adirondack experience

Rustic chic on the water! There is no better place to be, a true slice of Heaven. A few minute walk to Old Forge yet very private nestled among tall pines. Impeccably maintained with all the comforts of home. Our family has stayed at Ledgerock for the last several years. Each year brings tangible upgrades such as air conditioning and a home generator to ensure that nothing interferes with your trip. Our host Joshua goes out of his way to make sure memories are made. The home has it all from the complete kitchen, tv, internet and breathtaking water views from inside or outside. Outside is a two tiered deck for a hilltop view or a few steps to the huge dock that will accommodate your whole family. Simply the best!

Winter Paradise

We had such a lovely stay at Ledgerock. We were fortunate to get a little snow and see the beauty of the area. The home is amazing and is perfect for both a short or longer getaway from it all. has beautify views over the water (currently frozen) but is also very convenient to town. We did some cooking as well and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a large meal. The owner is great at communicating and checking in on us during our stay. I couldn't recommend Ledgerock more.
