Rooms needs updating.. pillows are horrible.. bed is not the most comfortable.. bathroom drain clogged up on our second night and the iron holder inside the cabinet got detached and fell and nobody fix it throughout our stay despite being reported the next day.. needs more lighting .. got charge for water that we didn’t use.. room is clean and good size.. ample parking at the back of the hotel..

The staff are beautiful and top notch!! They made me and my daughters feel like we had a home away from home.They were consistently kind and accommodating. We want to send a special thank you to the night manager Sean (I know that's not your whole name). Even when he was busy he took the time to offer an amenity, a kind word, and a smile. The onsite chef made us delicious meals. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, and calming. We went swimming every night. The bed was so comfy, I had the best sleep. I could go on. Thank you for the best time. We will be back soon!

Upon checking in and going to the room, the room was never cleaned and turned over from the previous guest. Moved to another room and this room was ok but no toilet paper and holder was broken. Have stayed here 1 other time and again POOR. Will NEVER stay here again

Positive: Property is gorgeous. Resort Type. Very Pretty. Negative: 1. Breakfast was noticeably overpriced, 2 steel cut oat meals, 1 yogurt parfait, 2 coffees- $61.00 with tip. 2. Self Park was $23.00. 3. They put me in room 2034 which had a TV that did not work. When I was ready to sleep, the light which was on when I arrived, would not go off. I called front desk and they wanted me to go to first floor, and they would switch my room. I pushed back very hard and front desk rep came up to my room, key in hand to switch me to room 2030. Something they should have done in the first place. If you want to charge like 5 star, Service like 5 star....

We did not have hot water the first morning. It took multiple calls to the front desk to get the TV fixed. They said our breakfast was included the 3 mornings and they said our supper the first night would be comped due to the TV issue but they charged our card an additional $240.00 at checkout and did not confirm that before we left the hotel. He just told me “Everything is taken care of”. That indicated to me there were no additional charges but I got the email later of the charges.
