Close to the Connecticut River the property is private and offers its guests access to a private dock association on the Connecticut River at Goose Island, Lords Cove. You have access to a kayak launch and bikes, and can hike the neighborhood nature preserve which takes you to a scenic vista on the CT river. The grounds are serene and lush and the patio area with propane fireplace is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, or your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. You’ll hear birds and feel the tranquillity and privacy of this space. Close to the downtown arts district and a short trip over the bridge to the more bustling Old Saybrook or Essex, this place will beckon you back and make you happy you chose Studio Four.
