Multigenerational Family Vacation

Staying at the Dancing Queen was a wonderful vacation time for kids, parents and grandparents. The location makes it easily walkable to the boardwalk and the beach. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we expected. It seemed clear that guest enjoyment was a priority for the property owners and the rental managers.

Overall good experience with this property. We have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years in NH, ME and Cape Cod so we have realistic expectations and do our research. We enjoyed the backyard and porch and the easy walk to the pier and beach. We found parking on the property difficult. The driveway is very narrow with stone walls on both sides. We were unable to park in the back because of the owners vehicle was blocking access and contradicts the pictures and listing. Everything was functional as expected. One of the bedrooms had a king bed which did not match the pictures. The 2nd floor bathroom needs updating.

Great location with a fenced-in yard. Easy stroll to boardwalk. Safe neighborhood. Good bbq. The kitchen was oddly laid out, but it did the trick. Clean sheets and towels, AC units worked, and the carpets were freshly cleaned. It worked well.

Old, noisy and run down

Older home in need of renovations. nice back porch overlooking the small yard and abandoned car. Odd layout with what looks like an old apartment upstairs. Carpeting is dirty and needs to be replaced, and whole house is more like a campus apartment. Very noisy, run down neighborhood. Lots of loud motorcycles and cars. Not a kid friendly space. Agent entered the home during our stay without our permission or letting us know ahead of time. Wish we had stayed elsewhere.

Family Celebration Stay

Great location to walk to the beach and amenities. Nice yard for relaxing. The house has a great bedroom for kids to play.
