Bed was uncomfortable. None of the electrical outlets worked. The door looked as if it was kicked in at some point. Did not feel safe with the privacy chain. No staff on duty to help with check in or after.

Très propre mais petit et minimaliste. Serviette excellentes mais pas de serviettes à main ou débarbouillettes. Pas de verres mais deux tasses. Pas de bureau pour déposer nos choses non plus. Mais très bien quand même.

Didn’t end up staying here I found something else

Would give no stars if I could. Horrible experience with these guys!!!! They refused to give me a refund after saying they would fully refund me I still have the text messages. Getting in contact with a person to help us was hard they have no office. We went to check in the door was open, the sheets for the kids beds were missing, not to mention the mattress have no covers protectors they were dirty and gross and had black hairs all over them. we had no towels, the floors were dirty and my truck was bigger than the building. The other people checking also were saying how unhappy they were and the doors were open and I heard a lady say “did they even clean the room!?” So I’m not the only one upset. I watched them drive away to find another place to stay as well. I did not stay here I stayed somewhere else that was much better and luckily had openings.

The property was disguising not like the photos. There’s no office when we called there was no answer look as there were people living on the property full time. We showed up the room wasn’t clean smelled of cigarette smoke we didn’t stay reached out to the motel. It’s not a motel more like staying in a shed. No response Expedia didn’t refund our money either. We didn’t stay there

The rooms were so cute! So clean. Love the Monopoly names! I could use a little more parking because it’s hard when you have more than one car for your party. The lady that stayed on the property was so nice and checked with us to see if we needed anything and that we had everything we needed. Not a long walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Room or Hobbit Hole?

They said that we had an Ecno Room, and that's what it was. A bed and a shower. There was no Closets, and no Burrows. We had to put our cloths on the floor, and then there was not enough room to move around the room. To be honest, this was not the room for us.

There was nothing we liked about this stay. We were there from out of state for a basketball tournament. We never once saw any staff . Never given any Wi-Fi information. Space we thought we were getting was advertised to have enough space to accommodate and a kitchenette. We had to purchase air mattress and room didn’t even have a microwave. Bathroom shower was super sketchy. We never found the hot tubs that were advertised and the pool had actual worms in the bottom. Horribly disappointed and will NEVER go back and will definitely let our area that travels there with multiple teams to not go there.

Needs a deep clean

Very dirty. Layer of grime across all the blinds and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Mould on the panels on the ceiling and extremely noisy area.
