Was great that i could walk out the building and walk right to the beach. Parking was terrible. Was no parking by the building we stayed in. So had to find a spot. But over all was great. Quiet and peaceful.

The beds were so comfortable, has plenty of heat and cooling. mini fridge and two range tops for cooking . The view from our second floor balcony was very beautiful! The only downside if you have mobility issues. it's quite a walk to get to the beach as the resort is located on a dune . It's quite the hike down and up to reach the water even at high tide. but obviously that's not their fault. it's a beautiful resort. the pool is lovely. I would have a rule in the hot tub if it was me for a half an hour or 45 minute time limit as people were hanging out in it long periods of time and and and 2-day stay son, daughter and I weren't able to use it which was kind of a bummer.

Walk to the ocean in 1 minute was great. The hotel itself is old, needs updates bad, walls are thin and they don’t enforce non smoking. The bathroom barely is big enough for one person and we didn’t have a table in our “efficiency” to eat on since the tv took up the table. No microwave. Again great location pool was fun and the exchange students at the pool were awesome.

The room was VERY clean and we loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms are definitely showing their age and the beds were very uncomfortable.
