We stayed in a King suite for four days. It was clean and spacious. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Bed sheets were never changed. The only housekeeping service was they took away used towels and left clean ones. Has to go down for facecloths. Breakfast area staff were excellent and hustled. Very friendly. A good variety of food. For what we were paying, housekeeping should have included more.

There was definitely is some deep cleaning that needs doing. There was grime in the bathroom in the corners and under the lip of the sink. But beds were great and room was great. Staff was very friendly and great

Stay was cozy - beds/pillows only mediocre. Pool, hot tub, waterslide in great condition and clean. Great breakfast (for an included one) An incredible staff member named Kim took care of my 9 month old baby and I and made sure we had some gluten free options at breakfast. So grateful for her. Please give her some commendation! Very good value for the price!
