Comfortable, cozy and comfy apartment by the Ria Formosa

Tidy flat is a modern, new and comfortable apartment, situated in the Marina of Olhão, overlooking the Ria Formosa.
The apartment is composed of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, which is also available as a double bed), two bathrooms, a living / dining room and a beautiful terrace where you can make their meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. On top of it you can enjoy the swimming pool and sun loungers for sunbathing.
The apartment is located in a new condominium where there are restaurants and bars. Its location is excellent, since in front of the condominium, it is possible to take the boat to the Deserta Island as well as to hire boat trips by Ria Formosa. A seven minute walk you can take the boat to the islands of Armona, Culatra and Lighthouse. Faro Airport is just a 10-minute drive away. The center of this fishing town is just a five-minute walk away, as is the traditional market (vegetables / fruit and fish).

Very nice located, a few minutes walk from restaurants, typical market and the historical center of Olhão and ten minutes, by car, from the airport of Faro.
The apartment is a seven minute walk from the Marina where you can board the ferry that will take you to the beatiful islands: Armona, Culatra and Farol and three minutes to the ferry for Desert Island.
It's a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, nice living room and terrace when you can take a meal.

Very clean, kitchen stocked with necessities. Carlos met us upon arrival with water, coffee, fresh fruits and wine. So welcoming! Luisa exchanged fresh linens and towels weekly and always came with a surprise from the market! So thoughtful! The communication with both was excellent! The location allows easy walking to groceries, old downtown shopping and restaurants, and great restaurants at the Marina across the street. Also a great walking trail to the salt flats! A 10-15 minute drive from the airport was convenient, especially for car rentals. We highly recommend the apartment of Carlos and Luisa!

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. Excellently located in this lovely traditional fishing village, close to everything - shops, markets, restaurants and ferries to the nearby islands, which are stunning! Also train and bus stations where you can go to all the nearby towns. The apartment itself has everything you would need for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

We loved the apartment- it was the perfect base for exploring Olhao and the islands. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and homely and Luisa was a friendly and very helpful host. The lovely and quiet rooftop pool was ideal for us - the children were in it every day! Olhao is a vibrant and relaxed place to stay, with a fantastic array of excellent restaurants- we ate lots of delicious seafood. The islands are lovely. We like quiet beaches and although it was the height of summer, a fifteen minute walk along each island beach took us to beautiful and peaceful spots to while away our days. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier holiday!

The communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish The apartment is well decorated, very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. I can honestly say, by far the best holiday rental we have been in. Great location with everything at your door step, Restaurant's, bars, supermarkets, shop's , local market and the beautiful Islands which you can visit by a short boat trip . Excellent base for summer vacation

The appartment is in perfect condition and well equipped with everything I could think off. Individual A/Cs in the 2 bedrooms and living room.Smooth, quick journey from the airport in about 15 minutes. For a small fee, Carlos picked us up and later drove us back. We got some useful information right away - it cannot be better. The whole family speaks excellent English and communication is very friendly and fast. This quarter with 4-storey apartment buildings is currently under construction, most of it is already finished. Especially the ferry trip to the island of Culatra is highly recommended in summer. The ferry leaves every ~ 2 hours at a walk distance of about 1 km from the appartment.

Tout était parfait. Un super accueil avec de petites attentions et des supers conseils. Un appartement génial très bien situé par rapport au centre ville et avec tous les équipements y compris pour aller à la plage (jeux pour enfants, parasols, ...). La piscine sur le toit est top. Profitez du couché du soleil dans la piscine un vrai luxe. Très belle expérience.
