A bit far but town but the room was nice and had a large patio. Staff was great. Bed comfortable. My only complaint was that the air conditioner didn't work and it was 35°!

Asked for a room, got an apartment.

I reserved a room and got an apartment for the same price. This seemed to be a family run place. Everyone was very accommodating. Had a really nice dinner in the restaurant one night. Cooked in my small apartment the other two nights. Nice break from living hotel room to hotel room.

You see the hotel on the Main Street but the office is around the corner past a cafe on the side street.

Nice hotel, great food

This is a very clean, very quiet hotel in a nice little neighborhood. it's a little out-of-the-way from everything, but it's very nice. Maybe a little bit outdated, but the people are super friendly & they have a great restaurant with really good fresh food.

Kid friendly disappointing budget hotel in Olot

Good spot if you have children as there is an outdoor playpark and inside play area. Address is incorrect and the navigation system put us 2 blocks away from hotel. Hotel needs to change the address for navigation systems or write directions on website, eg. opposite Carrefore store. When we showed up, there was no sign on the doorbell we used to show there was another entrance on the side street. We had trouble figuring this out which was frustrating as the hotel name was over the door bell area. Staff were congenial. Pillows were terrible, beds were too. Although efforts have been made to renovate it, it looks tired, run down in many parts of the hotel. The breakfast and eating room were fine. We had a 1 bedroom apt. and there were a few pots, but no cutlery, plates.

Calor y más calor en la habitación

La habitación tenía cocina y lo venden como apartamento pero carece de lo más esencial. Pedimos sal y se nos negó. Era carísimo en comparación con los servicios recibidos y el trato. Lejos del centro y con un climatizador que no da suficiente frio para estar bien en la habitación. Literalmente nos asamos. Nunca lo recomendaría.

L’accès sur l’avenue est fermé, il faut faire le tour du bloc. Parking possible sur le parking du supermarché de l’autre côté de l’avenue. L’hôtel est trop loin du centre ville pour y aller à pied. Petite chambre avec salle de bain rénovée.
