Welcome to Olver Farm Cottage, your peaceful Finger Lakes lake home just steps from Cayuga Lake. This charming two-bedroom vacation rental combines classic farmhouse style with modern comfort, making it the perfect retreat for couples or small groups.

Inside, the bright great room boasts knotty pine ceilings and wall-to-wall windows that showcase stunning lake views. The open kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinetry, an island with seating for two, and all the cooking essentials you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. Even more amazing than the pictures

What an amazing place with beautiful views. Perfect for two adult couples. Everything was new and clean. My only issue was that the en suite shower was very slippery and had no grab bars.we will definitely come back. It was just a wonderful stay.

Beautiful new home. Right on the lake. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to many wineries. The views from the gray room and front deck were tremendous. Would definitely return again

The view was fabulous. The home was decorated nicely, clean, comfortable and had a great deck and dock. The cinder gravel was a bit challenging for the 2 who used crutches and a walker.

Lake House Bliss

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful lake house on Cayuga Lake. The property was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable, situated right on the lake, where we were able to watch breathtaking sunrises from the dock each morning. Fishing from the dock was a great success, and we caught plenty of fish! Being close to several of the local wineries added a delightful touch to our trip. We spent our days exploring the vineyards and sampling some delicious wines. In the evenings, we made a fire on the beach, sipped on our favorite finds, and watched stunning sunsets over the water. It was a perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend this lake house for anyone looking to experience the best of Cayuga Lake!

Perfect lakefront cabin.

Second year staying at this property. Last year stayed at a different house on the property. Both houses were spectacular offering slightly different feels. The property owners are wonderful. Truly great people that are committed to their guests having the best experience possible. The lakefront cottage is nearly brand new. The owners did not cut any corners with this place. It is immaculate inside and out. The views are breathtaking from every room in the house. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. It is super clean. From the moment you enter the cottage you immediately fall into the relaxed lake vibe. We definitely did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.
