Problems with shower tub drains. Actually had water backing up last morning there. Staff said the entire fourth floor was being shut down for 'upgrade. next week. Should have happened already.

Unfortunate Experience

The room I was booked into was a King with separate bedroom and kitchenette. The room reeked of cigarette smoke so I immediately opened all the windows. The dishes appeared to have been put away dirty or at the very least were not washed well. The bedroom had ladybugs everywhere. I easily counted 10 ladybugs crawling along the wall and ceiling. The ladybugs actually didn’t bother me so not necessarily a complaint. Also the first time I would say the bed was not comfortable. I’ve never had this experience here previously and am sure I will stay here again.
