The property manager replied to our inquiries promptly; the cabin was well presented; we all enjoyed the separation between the floors which gave everyone privacy when needed. We also appreciated the early checked in option, thank you!
After seeing the pictures of this property, I couldnât imagine that it could actually be this nice but it turned out to be even better. It fit my group of 12 people perfectly comfortably and there was so much room to hang out. Itâs conveniently located close to the ski resort so very simple for skiing. I would definitely stay here again
Our extended family of 12 really enjoyed this house. Because here are bedrooms on multiple floors, there is plenty of privacy. The bedrooms are spacious as is the great room area. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of space to prepare food for a large group. Lots of natural light and a beautiful setting. There are numerous trails, both short and long, right behind the house.
Very nice house, and AvantStay team was responsive.
Had some issues - hot in the house w/out AC, ice machine broken, etc. - but AvantStay service team did their best to accommodate with fans, sending repairman, etc. Would stay here again
The house itself is beautiful and while my family and I still had a good time. There were definitely issues with maintenance and cleanliness.Upon arrival some of the bedrooms sheets were covered in short dark hairs. And quite dusty as well. One of the bathroom sinks everytime you washed your hands clogged up as well as the fridge not being cold enough.Additionally there was no vacuum or broom or mop on site and because we had children with us we asked management if they could provide us with a broom and vacuum. They did provide us with a broom so small my niece thought it was one of her play brooms. We later requested a vaccum which management did completely ignore our message. Itâs a beautiful house that does indeed look like the photos however if you are between this and another air bnb I would go with the other one just based off the fact that it is not properly maintained or clean. There also is a German Shepard in the neighborhood that ran up on myself and another adult while outside that seemed pretty aggressive and for that reason we didnât venture off the back porch with the kids for safety purposes.
