After an adventurous day, come home starving and make use of the full kitchen and its many appliances to whip up a delectable meal. Next, cuddle up on the soft sofa with a good book while the private washer/dryer takes care of any laundry you may have from the day's activities. None sent checkin.
I had to call to find out how to get in. The temperate inside the home was 40! It’s was not a way to enter your vacation home and none seemed to know what rental I had. Terrible communication, and we were cold until Saturday at 1:30 pm thank god I brought my own matches to light the fire. No one left anything.
I asked for a refund for 1 night, and no one responded.
No one seemed to really care. It was not good service.
I have never left a bad review before, and this did not feel good to do it, but I waited for a few days to see if someone would reach out and no one seemed to care to . The home was clean but it was freezing beyond normal and my poor dog froze for a few hours.
Sadly I would not rent this property again.
