There was a dirty towel in the bathroom closet floor, but the rest of the room was great. The staff were all great especially the hotel front desk staff were all very polite and helpful.

I would say it was very clean and had a nice hot tub and pool. I was kind of disappointed that you had to have a players card to enter what looked like a very nice restaurant with a nice fire going to sit by. So we went in the lounge which was nice, so just a suggestion about the restaurant. Overall a good experience and friendly staff.

When booking a room more than 3 hours earlier and you show up to more than a 75 minute wait just to be able to check in there IS a massive issue. The front desk personnel gave zero fks about any of that though. Desk agents RUDE, hotel average, casino TIGHTER than a gorilla glued object.
