Room was disgusting, stains all over the bed holes in the ground and bugs on the wall and immediately turn around and left. They will not refund my money. Neither was Hotels.com. Neither did anything we had proof they didn’t care.

The picture depicting the room I was to to have was a misrepresentation. There was no jacuzzi for the room that I booked. Although the picture did show one. The hotels staff offered to do nothing. To me this is a bait and switch.
