Disgusting and awful
Publié le 7 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel was absolutely foul. The first room we were given was not clean at all. There was filth all over the bathroom counters. The pillows had hair ALL over them from the previous guests. It was evident the room has not been turned over whatsoever. Disgusting.
We went and politely asked for a new room, went to our new room, and it was a construction site. We thought we were being punkd…went down AGAIN to the front desk, were given a third room in which we just settled and went to bed. I’m not sure how this hotel is rated so highly. It was an awful experience.
We requested a refund and were told they would make a “note” of it. Absurd.

Great hotel!
Publié le 14 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThis place was great! We stopped in Omaha due to bad weather on our drive back west. Great location, super friendly, professional and helpful staff. Great fitness center. Suite was cozy and had a beautiful bathroom. Would stay again!
