The front desk attendant was great! She was funny, courteous and had such a great personality! The breakfast attendant was absolutely amazing! He had great food, made the kids laugh and was on top of the service!! A for this hotel!

Excellent stay

Breakfast was excellent as usual. Dennis is the best…he does a great breakfast and is so personable. We returned because of him. The room was clean, staff great. Will always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Omaha.

When we got there no one was at the front desk. It took 20 min for someone to finally show up after calling the hotel 3 times. We brought kids that wanted to swim but the pool was closed earlier that day. Very disappointing

Breakfast was the best continental breakfast ever! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The gym had great entertainment. There is no longer a hot tub, that was a bummer. I would definitely stay there again.

Definitely would stay there again

Very happy with the location and condition of the building and our room, with the exception of a very loud heater and shower when in use. Also there is no hot tub in the pool area. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable. Lots of counter space and ample drawers in our room. The staff was excellent.

Very comfortable bed

Was great except for the tolliet paper and Kleenex are terrible. Other then that what a wonderful place. I would stay here again but would bring my own Kleenex and hope they have better toilet paper. Lighting in room kinda dark also. Even when you have ever light on it is still dark in room. Maybe brighter bulbs?
