We went to the Drive in theater near Valley, Ne. it was a double feature, so we got in around midnight. We went straight to bed. In the morning, we found grass and weed pcs in the bed. It did not come from us. Girl at the counter did not explain there would be a $50 charge to our card for incidentals. Normally the card is just place on file and used if needed. I was not happy, especially when she said it take 3 to 4 business days to the get the money back. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Also, the parking sucks there. the only saving grace they had was a fairly decent breakfast. Not great, but ok.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I was in 3 different rooms within a 24 hour span. The first night I had to move rooms at 11pm due to the extremely loud people above me. The second night there was a heavy rainstorm. I was on the top floor. The ceiling outside my room was dripping all over the carpet. Then, water stains started appearing in my bathroom. This was around 1030pm and had to move rooms yet again. How about placing groups with children on the first level so people don’t have to hear them running all over the place??!! I promise I will never stay at a holiday inn express ever again. The only thing good about the place was the staff. Top notch crew for sure!

This is our second stay here in two years. Having been very satisfied with our experience last year, we chose to stay here again for three nights while visiting family in the area. Our room, number 109, was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained and clean. We appreciated the variety offered at the complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff is both helpful and friendly. We anticipate continuing to stay here during future visits to the town.
