Very clean , super nice desk attendants , breakfast was super! I would have given it a 10 all the way, just the hallways had a particular dog/pet smell, but the room and conmon areas were super clean I would stay again!

This property is dated and the facilities need to be updated. Some seriously loud carpet (orange and teal). There is wear and tear like on the 3rd floor is the hallway wall is scraped up. The room had light fixtures everywhere that were cheap, (oddly) wrinkled shades, and kind of hard to turn on and off. But it was clean inside. Hallway had a lot of dinner remains outside. So, just dated and had seen better days.

Pool and pool area needs some updating with multiple areas that had patched drywall and even some exposed plywood areas. But the area was clean and the water was clear! Great breakfast and the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Great Hotel

This hotel was exactly what our family needed to break up the road trip. Very nice inside, staff was super friendly, and patio at night was fantastic.

Solid, but needs some TLC

Everything was great, except for the cleanliness was less than great. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, but it’s a bit dated with chipped paint and some grime here and there.

Nice place to stay close to Village Pointe. Good layout that includes couch, TV, and kitchenette. Hotel includes all the kitchenware and utensils that you would need. Nice full size refrigerator. Lots of closet and dresser space as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Clerk at check-in charged us for taxes we had already paid through expedia, she just asked for a card for incidentals, but I always check my credit card statement! (Different clerk at check-out was able to help that charge get reversed when I showed her my expedia receipt.) Breakfast was great! Room was spotless and we found it very quiet (4th floor room, weekday stay.) But the little couch in our room was pretty near the end of its life; it looked nice, but the cushions had very poor support and were saggy when sat upon. I slept well, husband found the bed also lacked enough support for him.

The 2 young ladies who helped me checking in and out were very helpful and nice. When I was leaving I wanted ice and it was on the 3rd floor! She took my little cooler and added some ice from the kitchen for me, which was very nice!!! The person helping at breakfast was pleasant and helpful as well, great scones. The women at the desk later in the day was okay, she didn’t seem happy.
