Please note these AC units can generate noise similar to a large fan, which may be a consideration for light sleepers.

- The 4th bedroom in the basement is in the style of a "suite", so it shares a space with the game room and basement living room. The entire basement has a door for privacy so you can still sleep undisturbed.

- The utility and storage rooms in the basement areas are locked for the safety of children and we use them to store additional supplies.

- If your reservation includes 11 or more guests, we will provide a queen-size air mattress with linens to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.

We had such an excellent stay. The home was beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was enjoyable to cook in. We had plenty of room for our guests, and everyone was comfortable in their respective beds. It was truly a home away from home, and I would absolutely want to stay here again if/when in Omaha. The homeowner, Brad, was helpful and very responsive and made us feel welcome. Excellent experience.

Booked for grandson's baptism. Dad serves in US Air Force, they live on base. This location was great within 12 minutes to Offutt. Convenient for any type of shopping/restaurants. The space worked well for our 3 families to gather, eat and enjoy time together. The bunk room also had a queen bed and the dining area had an additional table which offered plenty of seating for the 10 of us. The kitchen was excellent, my son in law's mom made homemade pierogis! It was fully equipped and the set up allowed room for others to be around and not be in the way.The neighborhood is quiet and all seem to take pride in keeping it nice. Brad was responsive when we had any questions. If they don't transfer out we will consider returning.

The house was exactly what we needed for four families to gather for a wedding. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the extra room too. Brad communicated well and was accommodating of our needs. The house location is in a good area and close to a main highway. I would stay again.

Clean safe and convenient

Every year in September my family and church from Fargo attend a Bible conference. In past years we stayed in a hotel that through the years started to get old and outdated and just plain gross. This house was a nice change for us. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, the house was big enough for four families to fit comfortably in and the kitchen supplied all our needs for the families with allergies and in past trips had to figure out how to eat with their special needs. The host was quick to answer my questions. though the fireplace in the master suite didn’t work everything else worked and was clean.

Great space

Very large living areas and very comfortable beds. Decorated very nicely, comfortable couches but tv did not work. Property host was very responsive and the home is in a great location, in a residential neighborhood so very quiet. Kitchen was not stocked with any staples so if you are planning on cooking bring spices, butter, condiments, baggies, foil, etc. No extra toilet paper or paper towels, so bring extra supplies. We weren’t required to clean anything upon check out so that was nice!

Beautiful and spacious retreat

The Home was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful time visiting family. After a hectic day of socializing, it was nice knowing that we could unwind in a home that was in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond whenever we had questions. I know where we will stay for future visits to Bellevue. Five stars across the board!

Clean & comfirtable

Lots of space. Everything was clean. Towels were plentiful. The basement space worked really well for my parents, gave them their own space but plenty of space on the main level to hang out. A little problem getting in at check in but Brad was responsive and very helpful.
