Worst experience

This is the worst StayBridge I have stayed. Starting that when we arrived they didn’t have toilet paper then we were staying at room 211 and at night a cockroach and little roaches appeared on the shelf at the kitchen so we talk to Lindsay the manager to move us to another room and she did it. The other terrible thing was the room service. In the first room the 211 the person in charge of clean it,didn’t do a proper cleaning. We always ask for a light cleaning but at the beginning they did it but then they didn’t do it anymore even the supervisor was there at the front desk when I ask for it and assure me it will be done but still wasn’t done. This hotel is a disaster so definitely we wont come back. Kimberly that’s in front desk was the only friendly one.

“We are out of sheets and blankets.”

Everything was almost perfect. We went to ask for sheets and a blanket for the pull out couch and they told us they were out. Just like that. We ended up using sweaters and towels for blankets.

This was a nice place to stay. The room was just as described, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had! Our only complaint is that the bathroom/shower were not as clean as it could have been. There were some hairs on the floor of the shower and in the corners on the bathroom floor.

Linen shortage

Our room booked with a pull out couch/bed. No linens or pillows were provided in room. We went to ask the front desk for linens for our children and they said they had none. Both nights - none to provide. We had to go purchase our own blankets for our children to be worn. Terrible inconvenience when you pay over $200/night. Will not stay here again - wouldn’t recommend if you intend on using the pull out couch/bed during your stay.

I liked the area around the hotel. I did not like that there was not cleaning supplies, i.e. broom in the room andthe front desk could not supplyvme with one. The suite was tiny.

Greta property for families! The room designs give you space and the feel of an apartment which is great. Great breakfast and other amenities. Will definitely stay here again.
