Welcome to our “big” tiny home, a thoughtfully designed space that blends creativity, comfort, and functionality.

What makes this space special is its unique layout:

A large, fully equipped kitchen (bigger than most homes)
An open loft sleeping area, accessed by a spiral staircase
A main-floor bedroom for added flexibility
A chic, modern design with warm, homey touches

The home was remodeled to maximize space and create a fun, efficient layout that guests consistently enjoy.

This is a well-loved and well-maintained space that offers a sense of privacy and seclusion while still being in the heart of the city.

If you're looking for a unique, cozy, and thoughtfully designed stay that delivers great value, this is a perfect fit.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the loft, main-floor bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.

Including off-street parking for your convenience.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with basic utensils and supplies.

Traveling light? No worries - we've got a washer and dryer on site.

We are available if needed but otherwise give guests space to enjoy their stay.

As with most loft-style spaces, heat naturally rises to the upper level. During warmer months, we recommend adjusting the A/C and using the provided fans to help circulate air for optimal comfort.

We had a great time at the Tiny House! Such a fun spot for a friend’s weekend and was in a nice spot to get to local attractions like the zoo while also being close enough to a grocery store without feeling like you’re in the middle of a big city.

I had a great time staying in the south omaha neighborhood I grew up in. The tiny house was cute, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The full kitchen was awesome. They do have a krueig coffee machine, and a mr. Coffee brewer. The only downside was that the 1st floor bedroom is very cramped with the shelving unit. And there is no electrical outlet in bedroom. The shower is nice and having a full size washer n dryer is a definite perk! I would stay again!! GBR

This was just what we needed! If your in the area, venture out. We loved Dinkers/Omaha's Best Burgers, only a mile away and Legends, a bit further but we are locals when we are in town.

Great experience; adorable TinyHouse. Was a bit bummed there was no grill, after advertisement stated there was one. Also no hammock and a different couch kind than what is shown in the pictures made for some plan changes but all around great stay.

Check-in was easy! The house was clean and ready for our stay. Our kiddos loved the loft and climbing the spiral staircase. Even tho it was so hot out, the house stayed cool. Not to mention the water pressure in the shower was on point!Thanks Ruben for such a great spot! The Tiny Home will be top of the list next time we are in town!

Great little house

We loved staying in this lovely little house. Perfect for our little family of 3 for our birthday and Fathers Day celebration. Super close to the zoo and the outdoor activities here in Omaha. There are several close public pools here too which are very affordable to visit as well. The food choices were amazing and we got to enjoy some Missouri favorites as well (Hawaiian Bros) If we come back this way we will definitely see if this property is available!
