When went to check in room wasn't ready at 4 Staff at the dront desk were very friendly. Got to the room and it smelled like Marijuana really bad. Windows don't open so couldnt let fresh air in the room. Coffee pot had old coffee bag in it. The pool area had used towels everywhere the bedding was very sandpaper feeling.

Finding dog food in the room and bathroom floor. One child happened to eat one of dog food. Disappointed and think the floor was never vacuumed and swept.

Fun, Fun, Fun!!

My husband and I have stayed here before and love it. Its clean, comfortable and fun for an overnight stay.

When we arrived the clerk refused to give us a non smoking room unless we paid for another room. Wouldn’t honor our Expedia reservation. Asked for the manager and he stated he was. Then sold us a room with the same thing we reserved just non smoking. Irritating.
