Lovely boutique hotel in the Basque countryside!
Posted Dec. 1, 2023 on HotelsLovely boutique hotel located close to the rural town of Oñati and the Sanctuary of Arantzazu. The hotel is well located both within the Basque countryside but also within walking distance of the town (20 minutes), which affords many bars and restaurants (indeed a disproportionate number for so a small a town - I counted about 20!) I enjoyed the scenery and going on walks in the countryside and there's even the Usako waterfalls a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is well equipped with a restaurant on site. My room was very spacious and extremely comfortable and well equipped.

Great hotel
Posted Sep. 6, 2023 on HotelsI enjoy small boutique hotels and this one is a charm. Everyone was friendly, the restaurant is not to be missed. The room was spacious, the towels and bed linen are very soft. The manager was wonderful with a quick check in and helping me figure out how to make the coffee machine work, (coffee is free). I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and an easy drive from Bilbao airport.
Good breakfasts - either pay for an all you can eat, or just select a few items.
Very good food in the restaurant.
We left something when we left and they quickly found it and posted it.
Would more than happily return or recommend.
