Set right on the edge of Onemana’s reserve, this character-filled timber home offers Pohutukawa-framed sea views from the open-plan living area. With decks on 3 levels, you can find your space to relax with a book or glass of wine and listen to the waves rolling in.
Inside, the top two levels are clad in wood panelling, giving a cosy, lodge-like feel. The main living area includes a large dining table, a relaxed lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen—all framed by windows that capture the view and natural light.
The home is spread over three levels. The ground floor includes bedrooms 4 and 5 (with a queen and a double bed), a second bathroom, a washing machine, and a handy kitchenette. Please note: there is no internal access between the main living level and the ground floor—access is via an external staircase.
With two bathrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor living zones, and plenty of room for a group to spread out, the home is perfect for extended families or friends sharing a coastal getaway. The owners find this house functions best with up to 8 guests.
