This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful refinished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and a back deck w/ a grill. "1ST BASE APT 1" is a first level (fully air- conditioned) 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living Room with a 50" flat screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50" flat screen TV’s. One room has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “1ST BASE APT 2” is on the second floor and sleeps 4 as well.



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Each apartment has separate keys. Washer/Dryer is in the basement for laundry. This driveway is shared with 1st Base Apt 2 and the house next door with plenty of parking for multiple cars. We also offer over flow parking across the street at our office building.

Comfortable stay

We stayed here while my son played in the all-star village tournament and it was just enough for our needs (good location, had the necessary amenities, bedrooms were comfortable, and WiFi was consistent and allowed me to get things done working remotely. Overall a good choice to stay in for the baseball tournament.

Location was great for All Star Village. Property management was thorough and helpful. Though the house was a bit older, you could tell it was maintained, and had many updates.

We stayed here while my son was playing ball at all star village. It’s 5 min from the fields, you can walk to the restaurants / coffee houses on downtown Main St. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great stay for Cooperstown tournament

Our family enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and met our needs. It’s in a cute town where we were able to walk to the park with our dog and daughter while our son was at the Cooperstown tournament. The neighbors were also nice. Our tournament was at the Dreams Park which was a bit of a drive (about 20-25 minutes) but it was doable.

Very clean, well kept and had everything we needed. We didn't get to enjoy the deck since we had so many baseball games though. If w were returning, we would definitely request another stay. Thanks so much.

All star village week

I just spent the past week at the house while my son played at all star village. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. A short drive to Walmart and restaurants and within a 10 minute drive to the fields. The convenience store across the street was nice to be able to grab a drink before heading out.

All star village

The property is older but it was very clean. You'll have to share the driveway with the apartment upstairs but communication about game times with them helps with the parking situation. The tea kettle had a broken handle and when I reached out to management they responded right away and brought over a new one. Apartment had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed sitting on the front deck. The cute dog next door made the stay even better. Bonus: they have two washing machines and two dryers in the basement. I would recommend staying here if your child is playing at all star village.

Excellent stay!

The house is amazing! Check-in was easy, the house is clean, and we couldn't believe how quickly it felt like a home away from home. The little store across the street came in handy and we were only 10 minutes from our son's tournament at All Star Village. The next door neighbor is a permanent resident and super nice! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay near CASV

Great little place with in great proximity to CASV. Place was clean, well stocked, centrally located. We would recommend this house to anyone.

Great Location to Cooperstown Village

A dated home but with updated technology. Plenty of space for 5+ And a great outdoor deck and laundry area. Well stocked and great location which was easy to navigate anywhere. Would stay again. Only criticism is that the bathroom has no lock on it and is probably an easy fix. Other that that, awesome place to stay!

Clean and convenient

After reading nightmares about misleading rooms in Cooperstown, I was pleasantly surprised that this unit was exactly what it claimed to be. While the structure is old, everything inside, from the furniture to the bedding, is clean and modern. We had a wonderful stay here and it wasn't too far from the dreams park.

All Star Place for All Star tournament

The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for us to relax between games at All Star Village. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. I would stay there again and highly recommend this place.
