A beautiful home located at the end of a shared private driveway. The kitchen and dinette area invites you to gather and enjoy the moment. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting. There are two acres of park like land to enjoy. At the end of the day feel free to use the inground pool for a little relaxation and fun. Although the pool is well maintained due to the inclement weather of upstate New York there can be times the pool might be closed,.please keep this in mind

A perfect home away from home

Wonderful property and the house felt cozy and welcoming. Extremely clean and spacious- loved drinking my am coffee on the deck - host was friendly, address questions almost immediately, and attentive to any potential needs for the stay

Great Location to Cooperstown ASV

Stayed for the Cooperstown All Star Village experience in late July. Weather and property were perfect for what we needed to enjoy this baseball event. Property owner is very responsive and everything was as advertised!

Wonderful house in a great location

This house was very close to the Cooperstown All-Star Village. It was also very close to most stores. The property is beautiful. It was great to have space between the neighbors. We saw fireflies at night and bunny rabbits during the day, along with many birds. The house was tidy and comfortable. I would stay here again with my family and recommend this place to my friends.

Beautiful Country Home

This was a beautiful home set in the nicest town. Our first trip to NY and this was the best part of it all. Waking up every morning to the beautiful views, and deer in the backyard made our stay feel so relaxing. The home was very spacious and comfortable. It had eveything we needed and more. Every room was spacious and the beds were so soft, we fell right to sleep. We were here for our boys All Star Village baseball tournament and we were five minutes away which made commuting back and forth perfect! We enjoyed having our meals in the spacious kitchen. Morning coffee was always the best on the backyard patio. Doris was the best host and came to check the pool levels for us. We loved her coffee bar, which came with a milk frothed for iced coffee! We fell in love with this home and look forward to coming to New York again and staying here.

Wonderful Home for Cooperstown Travel Baseball Family

Me and my family stayed for our son's travel baseball tournament at Cooperstown All Star Village and it was the perfect location for us. The home had all the amenities we could want, including a pool, and allowed us to easily pop back and forth from the ballparks in 5-10 minutes and it was close to downtown Oneonta and all the main restaurants and things to see and do. In the overall, we would highly recommend this home to anyone interested in staying for Cooperstown baseball tourneys or just a nice, quiet vacation spot. Just make sure you only drive 5 miles an hour in and out of the small road leading in to the house (the neighbors are watching!!). Two huge thumbs up from our family for this home!!

Came to Oneonta for baseball. Doris’s house was wonderful. It is clean, beautiful scenery and feels like home. Also, only 5minutes from All Star Village. Doris even came out to make sure pool was good for swimming. I would highly recommend staying here!

GREAT location for Cooperstown All Stars Village!

We rented this property for the week my son was at All Stars Village. It was the best location, only a 5 minute drive from the ball park. The property is beautiful. We saw bunnies, a red fox, deer and beautiful cardinals. So fun to see those since Utah doesn't have them. The home was great and I appreciated using the laundry room and that the fridge was cold! The pool had a few issues due to the crazy amount of rain they had and the owner was quick to get it figured out so we could swim. Thankful for that and for the communication between us and the owner. A great place to stay!
